Job Description

Specialising in paediatric occupational therapy, our client provides sensory integration and relationship-based therapy to children aged 0-18. Their neurodevelopmental approach creates an environment where clients can thrive. With a dedicated team of 6 Occupational Therapists plus therapy assistants and support staff, their beautiful clinic space fosters both collaboration and growth.

The clinic is based in the Sutherland area of Sydney. Full-time and part-time options available. 

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, your paediatric caseload will be a rewarding mix of NDIS and private clients with a focus on ASD, ADHD, and other presentations.

The majority of your work will be clinic-based, with occasional travel to local schools. Our client supports professional growth through regular CPD opportunities, supervision, and annual salary reviews. A structured induction process, combined with weekly 1:1 supervision, ensures you're set up for success. The team prioritises wellness with yoga, team lunches, and a staff retreat on the coast.

On Offer:
  • Competitive salary starting at $75,000 + super for New Graduates and up to $105,000 + super for more experienced Occupational Therapists

What you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
