Your Role: - Assess the child’s current abilities and how to maximize their functioning in their everyday environments so that they can achieve their goals
- Develop rapport with customers and their families, which respect individual styles and acknowledge their strengths and capabilities
- Support customers/families to identify their priorities and make informed decisions
- Participate in initial assessment interviews to determine appropriate ongoing service plan for the child/customer and their family
- To participate in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of individualised service plans
What you will need: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
- All experience levels are encouraged to apply
