Job Description

About the Role:
  • Provide therapy and assessments for paediatric clients aged 2–18
  • Caseload tailored to your interests - early intervention, emotional regulation, social communication and more
  • Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team including OTs, music therapists, dieticians, play therapists, AHAs, and psychologists 
  • Clinic-first model - travel is optional and not required if you'd prefer a fully clinic-based workload
  • Opportunity to work in either Box Hill North or Glen Waverley
Support Available:
  • New graduates supported through a slow ramp-up to full caseload over first 2–3 months
  • Ability to offer part-time flexibility (minimum 3 days/week)
  • External supervision and multidisciplinary team leads always available for mentoring

Requirements/Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Minimum 6 months’ post-graduate experience preferred
  • CPSP status with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
