Options for full time OR part time!
Your role will consist of:
- Assisting NDIS and private paediatric clients from ages 0-18
- Caseload predominantly made up of clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, neuro developmental issues, and other academic challenges
- See no more than 4 clients per day after induction
- Work from their clinic in North Melbourne or from schools and kindergartens in the local area
- Allocated time for report writing, supervision and projects
- Be part of daily check ins as well as weekly team meetings to ensure you are able to feel well supported
- Following induction period see up to 4 client per day
How you will be supported:
- Structured induction period with a gradually increasing caseload
- All clients are team-managed, and caseloads are small to avoid overwork and isolation!
- Support from wonderful admin staff and industry experts for team supervision and mentoring
- Weekly supervision from an OT with 20+ years experience
- Daily team meetings to discuss learning points and cases
- Collaborative team approach with all therapists working together
- Paediatric caseload primarily ASD and developmental delays
- Induction and shadowing period with your caseload gradually increasing

Requirements: - Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
