Job Description

  • Salaries starting from $90,000 - $120,000 + Super + Bonus Structure
  • Mixed Ages Caseload based in the community (90%) or clinic (10%)
  • Recieve your own OT assistant to help you with your work!
You will be joining a team of 15 Occupational Therapists who each have their own specialist area. The company has a focus on this - by matching therapists to clients they produce excellent clinical outcomes and most importantly, happy participants!

For their team members, the company creates both a supportive and flexible work environment. Therapists are able to manage their own work schedule with flexibility in hours and days, and can access an unlimited CPD allowance to undertake professional development. 

What you will be doing:

Your responsibilities will vary depending on the caseload you will be managing. Some of the duties will include: 
  • NDIS Report Writing (FCA, SDA, SILS)
  • Supporting ADLs
  • Prescribing Assistive Technology (AT)
  • Recommending minor home Modifications
  • Providing Mental Health Support
  • Supporting developmental delay, sensory integration, fine motor and cognitive skills
  • Worksite Evaluation and Ergonomics

  • Well above award pay rates - earn between $90,000 - $120,000 + super (depending on experience)

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
