This therapy provider has been established for over 20 years. You will be entering into a leadership position within a transdisciplinary team of 30 therapists. We love this company as they have a focus on PD and support in order to produce the best clinical outcomes for their clients. 

Team Leader Occupational Therapist applicants can be based anywhere in Sydney - your reduced caseload will be catered around your home location. The company has two clinic/office locations - Concord West or Gregory Hills. Full-time and part-time options considered.

What you will be doing:

• Manage a team of 5-6 Occupational Therapists
• Responsibilities include supervision, performance appraisals, recruitment and service improvement 
• Working environments: office, community and work from home 
• Manage a reduced caseload of home care package, DVA and adult NDIS clients with opportunities to cater more to your interest area 
• Examples of conditions include general aging, dementia, neurological conditions, stroke plus others

• Salaries between $100,000 - $130,000 + Super

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Mimimum 3 years of postgraduate experience
