Job Description

A highly regarded, family-friendly paediatric clinic on the beautiful Central Coast in Terrigal is seeking a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to step into a flexible, clinical-focused role with excellent admin support and an established caseload of school-aged children.

Both full-time or part-time options are available. Contact Jem on 0468760842 for more information or details on similar positions.

The Offer
  • $90,000 –$120,000 + Super, depending on experience
  • Flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle
  • Work-from-home admin options
  • No weekend work
  • PD allowance available on request
  • Choose from full-time or part-time, permanent or fixed-term
Why This Clinic?

This is a genuinely family-friendly workplace where flexibility and work-life balance are part of the culture. The clinic team includes approximately 20 professionals—OTs, speech pathologists, psychologists, and admin staff—with many team members balancing their professional roles with family life.

The Role
  • Purely clinical caseload (unless supervision is of interest)
  • 5 clients per day – sessions are 45–60 minutes with admin time
  • Majority in-clinic work, approx. 15% community-based
  • Clients aged 5–17: common presentations include ASD, ADHD, GDD, fine motor delays, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and feeding difficulties
  • Predominantly NDIS-funded caseload
  • Your own consultation room and access to extensive OT resources
Support & Culture
  • Strong admin team manages diaries and bookings
  • Tailored induction program and clear policies
  • Weekly discipline-specific meetings and optional clinical supervision (internal or external)
  • Option to develop caseload around areas of interest
  • Quarterly team dinners and a relaxed, collaborative team environment
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven Paediatric OT who values autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive work environment with a strong collegial culture.

What you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
