The company was founded in 2013 by a highly experienced Occupational Therapist. Due to their ongoing success, they now have a multidisciplinary team of over 40 therapists. They have a unique model where they specialise in the area of physical disability and keeping elderly clients in their homes.
To ensure a high-quality assessment and therapy is being delivered, they upskill their therapists in their areas of interest and then tailor their caseloads appropriately. On top of this, their team members only see 2-3 clients per day with a focus on quality over quantity!
This rehab provider is currently looking for additional Occupational Therapists to cover the Northern Beaches. The clients you will see are within a 30-minute radius from your home location.
Full-time and part-time options are available.
What you will be doing:
- Evidence-based assessment and therapy to elderly (home care package) and clients with physical disabilities (50:50 split)
- The role includes functional assessments, home assessments/ modifications, upper limb retraining, rehabilitation and equipment prescription
- Community and option for office working once per month
- Office is located in the Inner West of Sydney
- Accurate documentation/report writing
- Hybrid working
- Liaising with other multidisciplinary team members

What you will need: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers license
