Are you an early-career or new graduate Occupational Therapist with a passion for assistive technology?

This is your opportunity to move from prescription into a sales-focused role, joining a growing team of Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) supporting complex rehab equipment across Adelaide.
  • Based salary starting at $89,000 - $112,000 + Benefits
  • Vehicle provided & fuel voucher (for professional and private use)
  • 15% Commission on all sales (paid each quarter) after 6 month probation
Located near North Adelaide, this full-time role is ideal for someone ready to build strong community relationships and make a real impact- while enjoying generous training, commission incentives, and work flexibility.

About the Role:

Our client is currently expanding their Complex Rehab team near North Adelaide. You’ll work closely with clinicians, clients, and their families to deliver tailored assistive technology solutions—no scripting involved.
  • Recommend and trial equipment such as powered/manual wheelchairs, power assist devices, paediatric mobility options, scooters, and lift beds
  • Conduct home-based assessments and equipment trials
  • Mix of store-based and community work (occasional travel to the Riverland every few months)
  • Manage your own time and caseload—with support from an ATP Administrator for quoting and demo coordination
Training & Support:
  • Extensive induction program led by an onsite Assistive Technology Team Leader
  • Hands-on learning through product showrooms and online modules
  • Access to a team of experienced Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) for ongoing mentoring and collaboration
  • Work in a supportive environment where new graduates are welcome and encouraged to grow
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $89,000 – $112,000 + Benefits
  • Commission: 15% of sales after 6-month probation, paid quarterly

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence
