  • Community Occupational Therapist role with rotations in Physical disability, Psychosocial, and Paediatrics 
  • Salaries from $80,000 - $108,000 + Super
  • Low targets and quality therapy!

The role is perfect for an Occupational Therapist looking for low billable hours, hybrid working options, continual learning and, most importantly, a fun and supportive team!

Full-time and part-time options. Positions are available across Sydney with caseloads around your home location. The company's clinic is based near Sydney Olympic Park. 

Your Day-to-Day: 
  • Varied caseload of conditions including Neurological, Paediatric, Psychosocial and Intellectual Disability
  • The company provides 3-month rotations in the above areas where you are given extensive training on different conditions and assessment/treatment 
  • Role includes home assessment/modifications, assistive technology, equipment prescription, therapeutic assessment and interventions plus much more! 
  • Complete your report writing from home
  • Hybrid working

  • An extremely thorough and in-depth induction program
  • Training on areas required for development prior to seeing clients
  • No KPIs for the first 3 months
  • Supervision and support from highly experienced and skilled Occupational Therapists with +15 years of experience
  • Enjoy a diverse caseload and opportunities to gain exposure to different areas within NDIS
  • Incredibly low billable hours
  • Team of 12 Occupational Therapists
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary reviews/case conferences

  • An approachable management team of experienced Occupational Therapists
  • Regular internal Professional Development and external PD allowance
  • Multidisciplinary working with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists
What you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • New Graduates and all experience levels are encouraged to apply
  • Driver's license and own vehicle
