This mobile network of accredited professionals service metropolitan, rural and remote communities across Northern NSW and QLD, providing support to children, adults and the elderly in their respective school, day care centre, aged care facility or home environments.
- Salaries starting at $80,000 - $100,000 + Super depending on experience
- Mixed ages caseload (predominantly paediatrics) - remote role & WFH with office space for support
- Industry leading support structure; weekly or fortnightly supervision, $1000 PD allowance & PD leave, access to hundred of online training videos and resources & more!
Your role:
Perfect for a candidate who enjoys the picturesque view of the country, this role will require tou to travel between Brisbane and Gatton. You will be working with a predoninantly paediatric caseload presenting with neurodiverse conditions, conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, facilitating intentional therapy sessions and writing progress reports and recommendations.

Support: - Open phone policy - this means your supervisor, Senior's, CEO & admin team are always a phone call away for support if you need (and they always answer!)
- Structured induction over your first 2 weeks - learn systems and processes with the admin team, gradually increase your caseload
- Weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision with a Senior OT with 10+ years experience
- Access hundreds of online training videos for support with your caseload or to upskill! Video's include DiR Floortime, Truama informed care, Zones of regulation etc.
- Senior OT team review notes and reports if you need it
Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy - any experience encouraged to apply!
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
