Are you an Occupational Therapist seeking flexibility, high earning potential, and strong professional development support?

✨This highly reputable, but small, allied health practice is offering a unique opportunity at their purpose built clinic near Dutton Park!✨

Their excellent reputation within the community has generated a large waitlist of eager patients, and they are looking for a passionate, client-first focused occupational therapist to join their team and help support some of these clients. 
  • Salaries between $90,000 - $110,000 + super or $120/hr contractor rate depending on your experience
  • 80% clinic-based, 20% community with WFH admin options
  • $2,500 annual PD allowance & adhoc supervision sessions 
Your Role:

This role offers flexibility and autonomy in managing your workload, allowing you to choose your start and finish times and complete admin tasks from home. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, handling assistive technology (AT), home modifications, neurodiverse & neurodegerative conditions, genetic disorders, and more.
  • Workload: 5.5-6 clients per day, with adjusted, reduced KPIs for early-career therapists.
  • Caseload: Adult only or Mixed ages, depending on your preference.
  • Support: Comprehensive onboarding, comprehensive NDIS templates making report writing a breeze, access to supervision as often as needed, online training, and regular multidisiplinary case discussions.
  • Team Environment: Work closely with a small, supportive team of allied health professionals. Daily team lunches at the local cafe and quarterly team events foster a close-knit work culture.
On Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super, or $120/hr for contractors - depending on your experience
  • Based 80% in clinic and 20% in the community
  • Caseload can be tailored to your preference
  • Minimum $2,500 annual professional development allowance.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
