Job Description

Based across the Perth metro area, this role combines a specialised neuro caseload with meaningful opportunities to support team development, quality improvement, and intake processes.

This is a flexible, mobile role where clinicians manage their own diaries, supported by a flat-structured, collaborative team. Ideal for an experienced clinician ready to grow their leadership capacity while maintaining autonomy over their workday.

About the Employer / Practice
  • Mobile allied health service with a strong focus on neurorehabilitation (ABI, SCI, MND)
  • Adult caseload only – no paediatrics, limited mental health
  • Funding mix includes NDIS (registered provider), Workers’ Comp, DVA, and insurance
  • Functional assessments, assistive tech, home mods, ADLs, and community participation, wheelchair assessment
  • Clinician wellbeing prioritised – caseload planning, peer consults, and realistic KPIs
  • Client caseloads: Brain injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Progressive Neuro, Physical disabilities

Requirements
