Job Description

Step into a flexible, clinician-centred mobile role that prioritises your autonomy, wellbeing and growth. 

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll deliver generalist services to clients under 65 with a wide range of needs, including physical and neurological conditions. Set your own schedule, enjoy industry-low billable targets, and access a complete toolkit including a company car, laptop and phone.

About the Role:
  • Deliver client-centred OT support across physical, neuro and functional needs
  • Provide therapy in homes, community settings and via telehealth
  • Triage support ensures caseloads match your strengths
  • Collaborate with allied health colleagues (SPs, Dietitians, Physios)
  • Help shape services as the organisation expands into new regions
Support Available:
  • Weekly peer and team check-ins online or via phone
  • Supervision (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) with a Senior OT with 10+ Years experience
  • On-demand admin and billing assistance
  • Structured onboarding with staff handbook and resource access
  • Access to Q Global and assessment tools

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
