Seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a small, close-knit, growing allied health practice based in the South West of Western Australia.

With a client base spanning Busselton, Bunbury and Margaret River, this role offers the chance to work with mixed-age clients (6 years and up) across a wide range of conditions, including intellectual disabilities, brain injury, Alzheimer’s and learning disabilities. The position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility and a supportive team environment.

What’s on Offer

• Flexible pay structures: contractor model (60/40 split) or salaried role from $75,000 to $125,000
• Complete flexibility over schedule and days (you select what you would like to work)
• Work across Busselton, Bunbury and Margaret River, with scope to negotiate your preferred locations and hours
• Autonomy over caseload and diary management, with virtual admin support to handle intake, referrals and documentation

• Supervision and mentoring from experienced senior OTs to support professional growth

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
• Experience across home care, disability or adult caseloads preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused, client-centred approach
