Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their practice based in South Mourang. This role is suitable for an experienced OT seeking flexibility throughout their schedule and who is looking to build a sustainable career - avoiding burnout. You will be responsible for clinic or community based sessions, while catering to a caseload tailored to your interest.
What’s on offer: - Competitive salary package ranging from $85,000 - $115,000 + Super
- Flexible hybrid working model with a mixture of community-based (no more than 30 minutes from the clinic/your home), clinic-based, school sessions and chance to WFH/
- Realistic billable targets of 4-5 hours per day (based on experience)

About the Role: - This role will have clinicians delivering Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to adult NDIS clients in South Mourang or the Melbourne northern and western suburbs, helping them achieve their goals.
- Your role will involve evaluating progress, delivering caregiver education, and working both independently and as part of our collaborative team. With realistic billable targets of 4-5 hours per day, you're ensured a balance between professional development and enjoying your work.
- Choose between a fully paediatric or mixed aged caseload.
About You - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full clean drivers license and vehicle
- AHPRA Registered
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
