Job Description

A well-regarded clinic servicing children and their families in South East Melbourne are looking for a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join their team of Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists.

Enjoy a diverse caseload of children, young people and their families with backing from a highly experienced team of neuro-affirming multidisciplinary professionals. This role is part-time for 2 days per week - days are negotiable.

The Benefits:
  • The Pay: Flexible contracting agreement with a minimum 60/40 split on session fees, with higher splits negotiable for more experienced clinicians.
  • Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and another Psychologist to deliver holistic care to paediatric clients.
  • Admin Support: Have your admin taken care of by a friendly admin team, allowing you to focus on your clinical work.
  • Location: Great location in the South East of Melbourne, close to local amenities such as cafes, restaurants and bars.
  • Flexibility: Have the freedom to do your report writing from home if you wish, or take advantage of space within the clinic and socialise with your colleagues!
Your duties will include:
  • Conducting ASD/ADHD, cognitive and psychosocial assessments for children and adolescents, with some therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborating with other allied health professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
  • Maintaining a neuro-affirming approach at all times and upholding the values of the practice.
Requirements/Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • WWCC or willingness to obtain
