Job Description

Join a long-standing paediatric service where you’ll work closely alongside other OTs, feel genuinely supported, and enjoy a coastal lifestyle. Our client is expanding and welcomes both early-career and experienced Occupational Therapists familiar working with paediatric clients.
  • Salary: From $80,000 - $115,000 + super + quarterly bonuses
  • Caseload & model: Mostly clinic-based with occasional home/school visits; low caseload ramp-up to protect your work/life balance
  • Extra benefits: Weekly 1:1 + group supervision, $1,500 PD, and a profit-share pathway
Why you’ll love it
  • Real support: Weekly supervision (1:1 and peer group) matched to your level; senior clinicians jump into sessions to help problem-solve.
  • Gentle ramp-up: Start with 12–15 clients/week for the first few months; with scaled billables for both new graduates and senior clinicians to help them avoid burnout.
  • Realistic, rewarding bonuses: Most therapists earn at least $1,000+ per quarter, with top performers hitting up to $5,000+!
  • Team & scale: Join a stable group of 7+ Occupational Therapists and a dedicated onboarding partner for all the “who/what/where” questions.
  • Clinical approach: Relationship-based, play-based, strong sensory integrative therapy, rooms tailored to different needs; great outcomes with autism and fine-motor goals.
  • Learn from leaders: $1,500 annual PD + free/paid webinars and live courses with international experts.
  • Lifestyle: Central Coast location, beautiful coastal & scenic area.
  • Family-friendly: Extra parental/maternity leave available after 12 months’ tenure.
About the role
  • Setting: Predominantly clinic-based paediatrics with occasional home/school consultations.
  • Work you’ll do: Functional assessments; sensory, motor and play-based interventions; collaborative goal setting with families; progress reporting and care coordination.
  • Your support crew: A supervisor with more experience plus an onboarding partner; senior OT “on-call” style support when you need quick help.
Requirements:
  • Current or upcoming qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Full Australian working rights
