They are currently seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to take on the Team Lead role within their practice based near Varsity Lakes!

  • Career Growth: Step into a leadership role with responsibilities spanning team mentorship, clinical supervision, and client management. Be part of a growing, experienced team with 17 Occupational Therapists and 5 Speech Pathologists, ranging from new graduates to 5+ years’ experience.
  • Competitive Salary: Earn $111,500 – $128,000, based on your experience and responsibilities. Enjoy a bonus structure of $80 per hour for exceeding KPI targets.
  • Work Flexibility: Autonomously manage your calendar and choose between a 9-day fortnight or a condensed working week. 
  • State-of-the-Art Facilities: Work in a modern, purpose-built clinic with 7 treatment rooms, dedicated report-writing spaces, and extensive resources.
  • Tools and Travel: Laptop and phone provided, plus a travel allowance of 98c per kilometer.
  • Professional Development: $2,000 PD allowance + PD leave (negotiable for longer courses). Comprehensive onboarding program with shadowing opportunities to build confidence in your role.

Your Role:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Split of caseload to management responsiblities (60% caseload/ 40% managerial responsiblities)
  • Manage a paediatric-dominant mixed caseload, including neurodiverse conditions like GDD, ADHD, ASD, intellectual disabilities, and more.
  • Provide top-tier care for NDIS (90%) and private clients (10%).
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
