Our client is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a warm, forward-thinking multidisciplinary team based near Stirling. This is a permanent, full-time position supporting a mix of clinic and community-based clients across the lifespan, from children to adults, within a practice recognised for its Positive Behaviour Support expertise.

What’s on Offer

• Starting salary of $120,000, increasing to $140,000 with growing leadership responsibilities
• $120 weekly fuel allowance for travel within 30 minutes of the clinic
• Annual PD budget of $1200, with external supervision covered

About the Practice

• NDIS-focused caseload with plans to expand private work 
• Multidisciplinary team of nine, including Behaviour Support Practitioners
• Clients range in age from 7 to 70, including those in schools, hospitals, and correctional settings
• A combination of clinic (2 days) and community-based delivery
• Strong administrative infrastructure with two admin staff and a compliance officer
• Structured onboarding, including a gradually increasing caseload to ensure a healthy work-life balance

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Relevant Occupational Therapy Qualification
