Job Description

Our client is a well-established NDIS-focused allied health clinic with a strong referral base and a growing waitlist near Osborne Park. Psychology is their largest cohort (high assessment demand), and Speech Pathology is ready for its next chapter, with space for you to lead, develop, and mentor as the team grows.

Quick Snapshot
  • $80,000 – $120,000 + super (higher for added leadership/service development scope)
  • 70% NDIS / 30% Private & Medicare | Clinic + WFH/telehealth options
  • Milestone bonus up to $2,000 at 6 months + relocation support available for rural clinic spaces in Kalgoorlie if desired
  • Working across Perth CBD between two clinics, North and South of the river, depending on your home location
Benefits
  • Full-time or Flexible part-time options available (minimum 3 days/week) with family-friendly scheduling
  • WFH/telehealth supported (particularly for autism diagnostics/report writing)
  • Autonomy over your diary + supportive guidance where needed
  • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
  • A role with genuine service development + leadership influence (not just a title)
  • Opportunity to help expand into new areas (eating disorders) as the clinic grows
About the Role

This role can be tailored depending on your strengths — but the clinic’s biggest need is someone who can confidently support and grow their autism diagnostic assessment offering within Speech Pathology.

You’ll have the chance to split your week between autism assessments/diagnostics and clinical Speech Pathology work, based on your interests.

Your week may include:
  • Autism diagnostic assessments (capacity for 3–4 assessments per week)
  • Speech pathology assessment + intervention (Early Intervention through to young adults)
  • NDIS reporting and functional recommendations
  • Supporting the rollout and refinement of Speech Pathology systems/resources
  • Contributing to service development and best-practice models
  • Working across Perth CBD between two clinics, North and South of the river, depending on your home location
Support Available
  • You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team of: 2 Speechies, 3 OTs, 7 Psychologists, 3 BSPs
  • Structured approach for juniors: caseload built over 6 months with full targets after that
  • A collaborative leadership group including a Senior OT and PBS Lead
  • Strong culture of autonomy — with support when you want it
Team Culture

This is a clinic that values quality over chaos — referrals are steady and generally not overly complex. You’ll find a team that’s engaged, assessment-capable, and motivated to grow services thoughtfully (without burning clinicians out).

If you enjoy meaningful work, assessment variety, and being trusted to run your day — you’ll fit right in.
