- Structured Onboarding:
- 3-month ramp-up period with no pressure to meet KPIs
- Shadowing and reverse-shadowing with the Team Lead
- Report writing support and ongoing feedback
- Director lunch check-in after your first month
- Client Load:
- Gradual increase caseload - 6-10 clients/week across consults, reports, and home visits

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
