Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team working across Hope Valley and its surrounds.

With a paediatrics-led caseload and the opportunity to work with adults, this role offers the perfect balance of variety, flexibility, and structured support — ideal for early-career therapists ready to take the next step.

Enjoy a role where your schedule is your own, travel is capped, and experienced Occupational Therapists give genuine mentoring and back your career development.

What’s on Offer
  • Salary between $85,000 – $120,000 + super
  • Flexible delivery: hybrid, clinic–community mix, or fully mobile — your choice
  • Manage your own diary and caseload with full autonomy
  • Travel reimbursed at the national standard, with caseloads zoned for balance
  • Structured 2-week induction covering NDIS, shadowing, and team integration
About the Employer / Practice
  • Multidisciplinary allied health team: OT, Physio, Psych, Speech, and EPs
  • Majority paediatric caseload (approx. 70%), with some adults (30%)
  • All clients are NDIS participants — strong focus on functional outcomes
  • Caseloads tailored to interest areas, with referrals distributed fairly
  • Regular supervision and mentoring from senior OTs and cross-disciplinary peers
Why Join?

Whether you’re an early-career Occupational Therapist building confidence or someone seeking more professional freedom, this team offers a rare mix of structured support and real autonomy. The clinic fosters internal career growth, work–life balance, and broad clinical exposure — from sensory integration to assistive tech and functional capacity assessments.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
  • NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
