The are currently seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their mid-sized team in their clinic based near Ashmore.
Full time & Part time Opportunities available - for more information call Emma on -0468412394Why You'll Love This Role: - Mixed-age caseload across paediatric and adult clients, with around 90% NDIS and 10% private/other referrals
- Work with clients presenting with communication, language, swallowing and feeding difficulties, including developmental delay, intellectual disability, brain injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, dementia and hearing loss
- Provide tailored assessment and intervention across speech, language, literacy, AAC, mealtime management, motor speech and school-based learning support
- Hybrid working model with approximately 60% clinic-based work and 40% community-based visits
- Achievable KPI of 4.5 billable hours per day, with bonus potential available above target
- WFH flexibility for admin and report writing
- CPD allowance and PD leave, plus monthly discipline-specific PD and alternating peer review
- Clinical supervision from Senior Speech Pathologists with 10+ years of experience, with support tailored to your level and needs
- Dedicated admin support for bookings, billings and service agreements, allowing you to stay focused on clinical work
- Structured 2–4 week onboarding program including shadowing, orientation and ongoing supervision
- Supportive and stable team culture, with the majority of clinicians having been with the practice for 4+ years

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
