This warm and values-driven private practice is seeking a Registered Psychologist (General or Clinical) to join their thriving team in the Wollongong area. With two well-established clinic locations and a harmonious, low-drama vibe, this group prioritises autonomy, hard work, and supporting each other’s success. There are 9 psychologists on the team, spanning diverse modalities and experience levels, including Board Approved Supervisors who can assist with registration pathways.

You'll be stepping into high demand (especially for child clients) so experience working with young people is highly valued. The clinic is fully equipped with premium psychometric tools and a seamless Halaxy system managed by a wonderful admin team. It’s a place where hard work meets good humour, and where flexibility and self-direction are respected.

Your Duties will Include:

• Deliver high-quality psychological care to children and adults with diverse needs
• Conduct therapy, assessments, and maintain 6 billable hours per day
• Enjoy autonomy while collaborating within a supportive team culture
• Work out of a clinic on weekends or weekdays in the Wollongong area.

Requirements/ Skills:

• Experience in private practice or similar fast-paced settings
• Experience working with children is highly preferred
• AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
• Full Australian Work Rights
