You will step into a supportive, team-based environment focused on meaningful client outcomes across the lifespan.

The practice has a team of three Psychologists, and shares the building with multiple other sole-trader Allied Health practitioners allowing for cross referrals and a strong, collaborative environment.

What’s on Offer
  • Flexible salary model tailored to experience, enabling growth from early career through to advanced clinicians
  • Consistent referral stream supporting 5–6 clients per day, creating stable workload without KPI pressure
  • Flexible working arrangements with 2–3 weekdays available and additional capacity for Saturday sessions
  • Strong clinical development pathway with access to assessment tools and support to build niche areas such as autism assessment
  • Collaborative team culture with fortnightly lunches and daily peer connection, enhancing learning and reducing isolation

Why Join?
This Psychologist role offers a rare balance of flexibility, collaboration and clinical growth. You will be supported by a highly connected team environment where clinicians regularly check in, share insights and learn from each other. With strong referral demand and the ability to shape your caseload, you can focus on delivering quality, person-centred care while developing your skills, particularly in assessments. Enjoy a stable, growing practice without rigid KPIs, in a setting that values long-term professional development and genuine team connection.
