Job Description

Join a well-established private psychology clinic with strong local referral pathways and a collaborative team culture. Our client offers the opportunity to build a caseload gradually while shaping your clinical focus across therapy or assessment work. With flexible consulting blocks and strong administrative support, this role suits a psychologist seeking autonomy within a supportive private practice environment.

What’s on Offer
  • Contractor model with a sliding scale fee split based on experience, creating strong private practice earning potential as your caseload grows
  • Established referral network including local GPs, WorkCover, TAC, VOCAT, NDIS and DVA supporting consistent client flow and diary stability
  • Schedule your hours within two consulting blocks (7:30–2 or 2:30–9) allowing clinicians to structure sessions around preferred working patterns while maintaining autonomy with no minimum KPI!
  • Assessment opportunity with clinic-provided tools including ADOS-2 and MIGDAS-2 enabling clinicians to expand into neurodevelopmental assessment work
  • Supportive onboarding including profile creation, referral planning and caseload build ensuring a smooth transition into private practice
About the Practice
  • Established psychology clinic operating for 6 years with a stable reputation and strong referral relationships across the community
  • Team of approximately 9 practitioners including Clinical Psychologists and Board Approved Supervisors creating an experienced Allied Health environment
  • Broad lifespan caseload including anxiety, mood disorders, relationship concerns and neurodevelopmental presentations
  • Dedicated administrative support with two staff members operating across six days improving scheduling efficiency and clinician focus
  • Four consulting rooms with structured room availability across two daily consulting blocks enabling predictable practice operations

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
