Psychologists, are you ready to take on a leadership role in psychological assessments?
This role is ideal for a psychologist passionate about assessments and ready to contribute to the strategic growth of this essential service. You’ll have the chance to lead, train, and mentor other clinicians while shaping the future of the organisation's assessment offerings. The role provides flexibility, allowing you to work from home but remain connected to a supportive team culture.
Option available to work anywhere between 3-5 days per week. At one of their clinics across NSW:
Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Orange, North NSW, South NSW, Rural NSW and Canberra.

Your Duties Will Include: - Conducting and overseeing child, adult, and bespoke psychological assessments.
- Designing and refining templates, workflows, and processes for assessment services.
- Training and mentoring clinicians to deliver high-quality reports and reviews.
- Providing face-to-face sessions at a local clinic or office as needed.
- Work out of one of their many clinics across NSW including: Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Orange, North NSW, South NSW, Rural NSW and Canberra
Requirements/Skills: - General registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience in psychological assessments, including report preparation.
- Leadership abilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach to team training.
- Full Australian Work Rights.
