Our client is seeking a
Registered Psychologist to join their collaborative team working in Chadstone. You’ll have the chance to work with children, adolescents, and adults, with flexibility to shape your caseload and hours.
This role is ideal for psychologists who want variety, autonomy, and strong peer support in a friendly, team-based environment.
What’s On Offer: - Full-time or part-time flexibility across two well-equipped clinics
- Choose face-to-face, telehealth, or a mix of both
- Annual salary: $85,000 – $127,500
- Tailored caseload based on your preferences and experience
- Broad clinical scope including:
- Learning and behavioural difficulties
- Mood and anxiety disorders
- Life transitions, early development and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Geriatric psychology
Support & Culture: - Admin handled for you – bookings, invoicing, reception and emails covered
- Structured supervision:
- Free individual supervision
- Group and peer sessions run by external professionals
- No set PD allowance – professional development supported on a case-by-case basis
- Friendly team culture with shared breaks, team events, and peer support
Who We’re Looking For: - Registered or Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA)
- Experience with diverse age groups and conditions
- Friendly, proactive, and collaborative
- Comfortable working independently within a team structure
