Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner ready for a role where ethics, impact, and integrity take centre stage? A respected provider in Newcastle is hiring.
This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who have:
- Minimum 12 months of experience at a Core BSP level, OR
- Are already delivering services at a Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist level

Your Duties will Include: - Conducting behavioural assessments and functional analyses
- Designing and implementing individualised NDIS-compliant Behaviour Support Plans
- Providing direct intervention using positive behaviour support strategies
- Collaborating closely with family members, educators, and therapists to achieve sustainable outcomes
Requirements/ Skills: - Minimum 12 months BSP experience at Core level or recognised Proficient+ capability
- Strong understanding of NDIS framework and Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or similar
- Full Australian Work Rights
