We're on the lookout for a warm, grounded, genuinely nice Psychologist to join a wonderful little gang in Sydney's Northern Shore area.
The clinic are bursting at the seams with referrals, and we need someone brilliant to help take care of the lovely humans walking through their doors each week.
What You Need to Know: - Get Paid Properly: You get 66% of all session fees, assessment or therapeutic. Therapy fees range from $210 to $245!
- Start Small, Grow Big: If one day suits you, then ease into 3–4 days later if you’re keen.
- No Admin Drama: Your bookings, your rebates, and even your treatment report templates are all done for you.
- Half Kids, Half Grown-Ups: See a mix of little ones with anxiety or ASD, and adults needing help with anxiety, OCD or trauma, for example.
- Beautiful Setup: Three rooms, windows with trees, a chilled-out kitchenette. One room’s big enough for groups if you’re into that.
- Lovely Bunch: No politics here. Clinicians do supervision together, attend PD as a team, and genuinely like each other. Haha!

What You’ll Be Doing: - Helping kids and adults feel heard, supported, and understood.
- Running sessions and doing reports at your pace (no daily KPIs breathing down your neck).
- Working with us, not just near us, we share ideas, laughs, and biscuits.
- Practising out of our North Shore clinic, close to the station, far from boring.
Who We’re Looking For: - Someone experienced (or just genuinely ready) to work in private practice.
- Comfortable with CBT, ACT, Schema, DBT… or whatever helps your clients.
- AHPRA registered (General or Clinical).
- Fully able to work in Australia.
