Private practice in Maribyrnong looking to add a dynamic Psychologist to their team providing a range of therapies to clients across the lifespan.

Job Description

Our client is a well-established, welcoming practice in the heart of Maribyrnong who are looking to expand their team due to high demand for services. The practice is warm and well-situated and provides therapeutic support to a range of clients including individuals, couples, children, teenagers and families.

This Psychologist role is open to both experienced and early career clinicians.

Your duties will include:
  • Providing high standards of care to a range of clients across the lifespan
  • Clinic based role working from Maribyrnong
  • Working a minimum of 12 clinical hours per week
  • Maintaining relationships and communication with referring GPs 
  • Keeping detailed session notes and upholding ethical practice
Requirements/Skills:
  • Proven experience with trauma, child/adolescent therapy, mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders and/or neurodiversity will be highly regarded
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Working with Children and Police Checks
  • Eligibility to obtain Medicare Provider numbers
