Love working with kids? Want a full-time Psychologist role that you can give your all, with a team of lovely peers? Here’s your chance to thrive in Western Sydney!
  • $100K–$120K for experienced Psychologists (plus $85K–$90K for Provisionals)
  • Dedicated private room, your own space, just how you like it
  • Mix of NDIS and private clients (mostly kids, but adults optional)
  • Blend of in-person and remote sessions for flexibility
  • Weekly individual and group supervision, mentoring, and PD support
  • A small but mighty team of Speechies and OTs who get it

This is not just another private practice role. It's a full-time, energising position with a practice in Western Sydney that’s serious about supporting children and their families while keeping things light, supportive, and human. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that includes passionate OTs and Speech Pathologists, and you’ll have a say in how you run your caseload, with admin support, regular team banter, and real career development thrown in.

Your Duties will Include:
  • Deliver high-quality psychological care to children, with optional adult clients
  • Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and reporting; but most importantly, connect with your clients!
  • Collaborate with an allied health team while running your own show
  • Work out of a lovely clinic setting in Western Sydney, no travel required!
Requirements/ Skills:
  • Experience in private practice or NDIS organisations preferred
  • Experience working with children is highly regarded
  • AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist
  • Full Australian Work Rights
