You’ll be part of a community of like-minded clinicians passionate about creating meaningful, lasting change for individuals with ASD, ADHD, and a broad range of behavioural and mental health presentations. Your role will be split between clinical services and supervising a team of dedicated core and trainee BSPs. 

You’ll have the chance to shape the service’s future, step into a highly respected mentoring role, and support clients across varied settings, from clinic to community, depending on needs and your availability.

Your Duties will Include:

• Deliver high-quality behavioural care to all age groups, from kids to older adults
• Provide assessments, write reports, and meet a KPI of 25 billable hours (with adjusted load for supervisory duties)
• Mentor and supervise core and trainee practitioners while maintaining clinical autonomy
• Work across Gold Coast and South Brisbane clinics and community settings

Requirements/ Skills:

• Experience in clinical or community-based BSP roles
• Strong background with ASD, ADHD, and complex behaviour support cases
• Proficient or Advanced-level NDIS BSP approval preferred, or eligibility to apply
• Full Australian Work Rights
