Dynamic role for a Psychologist in established private practice offering a mixed caseload of therapy & assessment, admin support & flexible hours.
Due to a consistent increase in demand, a well-established private practice in Greensborough are looking to bring on a Psychologist with an interest in assessment work.
The clinic has been operating for over 30 years and is backed by a large nationwide organisation, meaning you benefit from both the closeness and flexibility of a small private practice
and the operational smoothness of a larger company.
This position is offered on either a subcontracting or salaried basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week.
Key Benefits: - Remuneration: Enjoy a 60/40 split on session/assessment fees, or opt for a salary which will be negotiated dependent on your experience (min. $90k + super FTE).
- Admin Support: Have your bookings, billing, correspondence and all other non-clinical admin duties taken care of by a dedicated reception team.
- Team and Professional Development: Join a team of 10 Psychologists with a board-approved supervisor on-site if, with the option to engage in individual and peer supervision if desired.
- Flexibility: Choose how much of your caseload is assessment vs therapy, and promote a healthy work/life balance by having the option to do your reports and other admin from home.

- Well-resourced Clinic: The clinic is well-presented and has a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Clients can utilise a calm waiting room, and consulting rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Your duties will include:
- Taking on a caseload of 5 billable hours per day.
- Working 3-5 days per week from the practice.
- Employing a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach to client care, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and ethics.
Requirements/Skills: - AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Valid Police Check & Working with Children Check
