Psychologist wanted for a kind team in Penrith! Up to $120k+, no KPIs, choose your days, truly caring multidisciplinary team & PD allowance/leave.
This is honestly one of those special jobs where
Psychologists truly look forward to coming on a Monday morning. No pressure, no micromanaging, no overly corporate vibes. Just a genuinely lovely Allied Health organisation doing good work with good people. If you’re seeking a genuinely kind, heart-led team where you can do your best work without pressure, let’s shape a role that truly fits you!
- Above-market salary with flexibility; they’ll aim to beat your current package (registered to ~$120k+, more with experience/endorsement).
- Truly pressure-free: no KPIs and no billable-hour quotas—clinical quality comes first.
- Choose your days, clients and pace; supportive admin team and modern rooms.
- Multidisciplinary home: collaborate daily with physiotherapy, podiatry, dietetics, exercise physiology, chiropractic and more.
- Rich clinical mix: therapy across the lifespan plus assessments (ADHD, Autism, cognitive/academic, functional capacity).
- Funded pathways include Medicare, NDIS, private health and private pay.
- Wellbeing-first benefits: paid parental leave, EAP, private health discounts, PD allowance and PD leave.
Here’s a thoughtful, modern practice where Psychologists are embraced as whole people. You’ll join a warm, truly multidisciplinary team that believes
great care happens when clinicians feel safe, supported and free to work to their strengths. Enjoy genuine autonomy over your diary and caseload, a broad variety of therapy and assessment work, and opportunities to get involved in community outreach and internal projects (operations, marketing or HR) if that lights you up.
The clinical approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and culturally sensitive, with a long-standing presence in the community and excellent staff retention. If you value kindness, collaboration and sustainable workloads, this could be your long-term home.
Your Duties will Include - Deliver high‑quality psychological care to a diverse client base, including children and adults.
- Conduct therapy sessions, and some assessments if applicable, all at a pace that feels human
- Work alongside great clinicians from other allied health disciplines
- Base yourself at a warm and modern clinic in Penrith, with other options to work in the Blue Mountains, Western Sydney or Northern Sydney
Requirements / Skills - Experience in private practice or in allied health teams.
