In Darwin, you'll work across community settings like homes, schools, workplaces and recreation spaces. Your role blends individualised support for participants with opportunities to contribute to team growth, backed by robust clinical and operational infrastructure.
Your Duties will Include: - Deliver personalised behaviour support services to children and adults in the community
- Complete functional assessments and create PBS plans aligned with participant goals
- Collaborate with experienced peers while maintaining autonomy in your schedule
- Operate from a hub based in the greater Darwin region
Requirements/ Skills: - Experience delivering behaviour support services preferred
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Suitability Letter
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work or Nursing
- Full Australian Work Rights
