Job Description

A boutique private practice in the heart of the Northern Beaches is inviting a warm and capable Psychologist to join their highly regarded team. Known for their compassionate care and strong community reputation, this practice offers a supportive and flexible environment with full admin support and a values-driven culture.

The Role
  • Private practice position within a well-established, boutique clinic
  • Work with adult clients (18+) and some older adolescents
  • Presentations are broad, but the clinic tends not to receive eating disorder referrals
  • Cognitive and educational assessments available but not required
  • Flexible working days, ideally 2-3 days per week
  • Option to shape your caseload based on interests and strengths
  • Full autonomy over your clinical work, with support when you need it

  • 65% fee split (practice retains 35%)
  • Session fees: Psychologist fees approx. $220-$260

  • Full admin support, including... Intake calls, Client bookings and rebooking, Billing and invoicing. All logistics taken care of
Ideal Candidate
  • Registered or Clinical Psychologist with current AHPRA registration
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of a small, collaborative team
  • Interest in working with adults and older teens across a broad range of mental health presentations
  • Commitment to providing inclusive, ethical and evidence-based care
  • Values-driven, warm and reliable – a great cultural fit is important
  • Someone who values consistency, integrity and client relationships
  • A clinician looking to stay and grow with a practice long-term
