- Choose your mix: behaviour support + psychological therapy for adolescents and adults
- Pick how you’re engaged: employee, contractor or casual, it's your preference
- FT/PT (min 3 days) with flexible scheduling across WFH, community and clinic
- Pay that reflects your value: $50–$60/hr + super OR up to $120k + bonuses
- Realistic caseload, no hard KPIs; collaborate with a quality MDT that’s got your back
- Admin that supports you: laptop provided, phone/data & laundry allowances, smart routing
- Top PD & wellbeing: daily supervision, CPD plan, external training & annual conference, up to 12 RDOs, EAP and fun monthly socials
This is a well-established allied health provider with 20 years’ experience across NSW. You’ll be trusted to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care while enjoying true flexibility. That means work from home, in the community or in clinic, with one of the strongest admin and clinical support teams around. Your caseload is realistic, your travel is minimised (and reimbursed at $0.99/km + tolls), and your growth is backed by personalised CPD, formal mentoring and a culture that values purpose, connection and being human at work.
Your Duties will Include - Deliver high-quality psychological care and behaviour support to adolescents and adults.
- Conduct assessments, therapy and Behaviour Support Plans with a balanced, realistic caseload. In other words, no hard KPIs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying day-to-day autonomy.
- Work from a clinic closest to you across Sydney, with options for WFH/telehealth.
Requirements/ Skills - Experience in private practice or community mental health.
- Experience with adolescents is highly regarded but not essential.
- AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist is preferred.
