Job Description

Are you a Clinical or Registered Psychologist looking to join a passionate team of clinicians in an established private practice?

A boutique practice offering services to clients across the lifespan are looking to add a motivated, open-minded individual to their team of Psychologists. The founders pride themselves on having a warm, welcoming environment for clients and it is essential that any new clinicians contribute to the safe space they have created. 

About the Role:
  • Attractive Space: Modern, neat and clean space just off a main road; the perfect balance between easily accessible and quiet!
  • Remuneration: Take home 60% of session fees with 5 sessions per day!
  • Steady Referral Streams: Work with NDIS clients across the lifespan and have the option to supplement these with private and Medicare referrals
  • Caseload: Enjoy a varied caseload with your preferences on age, presentation and modality taken into account
  • Day-to-Day: Sessions will be a mix of ongoing therapeutic interventions and conducting of assessments
  • Team Culture: Enjoy the autonomy to work independently whilst knowing the team is there to support you should you need
About You:
  • Open minded, warm individual with a background or interesting in working with NDIS clients
  • Flexible clinician who is happy to see clients across the lifespan with their preferences taken into account
  • Previous experience in conducting assessments and providing ongoing therapies to NDIS clients and most common mental health presentations
  • Proactive and wanting to work in a clinic where colleagues support each other to do what they're passionate about
Minimum Requirements:
  • Tertiary Psychology qualification
  • Proven experience with NDIS 
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Eligible to obtain Medicare Provider number
