Job Description

Key Role Details:
  • Type of Employment: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days) & Permanent
  • Location: Fully remote!
  • Caseload: Diverse, involving high-quality support in home or community settings (schools, group homes)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalised, evidence-based positive behaviour support plans aligned with clients' goals and NDIS plans
  • Conduct functional assessments in various environments
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills enhancement
  • Flexibility for home-based reporting and administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Qualifications: Tertiary education in a relevant human services discipline
  • Registration: Core registration with the NDIS Commission
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in positive behaviour support
  • Characteristics: Passionate, fun-loving, and committed to meaningful client outcomes
  • Other Requirements: Australian driver’s licence, WWCC, satisfactory police check, NDIS Screening Check
