- Caseload: Diverse, involving high-quality support in home or community settings (schools, group homes)

Key Responsibilities: - Develop personalised, evidence-based positive behaviour support plans aligned with clients' goals and NDIS plans
- Conduct functional assessments in various environments
- Provide therapeutic interventions for emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills enhancement
- Flexibility for home-based reporting and administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Qualifications: Tertiary education in a relevant human services discipline
- Registration: Core registration with the NDIS Commission
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in positive behaviour support
- Characteristics: Passionate, fun-loving, and committed to meaningful client outcomes
- Other Requirements: Australian driver’s licence, WWCC, satisfactory police check, NDIS Screening Check
