Psychologist role in Canberra | Earn min. $120k+ Super | 6 billable hrs/day | EAP, Medicare & Critical Incident | Telehealth options & top PD too!
Our client is a well-established nationwide organisation with a fantastic reputation who is seeking an experienced Psychologist to support strong demand across workplace mental health, assessments and critical incident response.
This role offers variety beyond traditional private practice, encompassing Clinical and Organisational work and a supportive step into leadership, comprising paid training, dedicated on-site line manager and 3-month induction program.
Full time or part time considered, minimum two days per week, with an ASAP start available.
What’s on Offer - Salary of $120,000 to $135,000 FTE + phone and laptop + PD allowance + performance-based salary reviews + wellbeing benefits
- Varied workload across EAP, return to work, fitness for work and pre employment assessments, creating professional breadth and reduced therapy fatigue
- Six billable hour KPI with admin managed bookings and referrals, allowing focus on clinical work and quality outcomes
- On call critical incident support approximately every six weeks, offering exposure to meaningful high impact work with shared team support
- Relocation allowance for eligible candidates covering flights, temporary accommodation and moving costs (pro rata for part time)
