• Competitive salary: $105K–$115K+ Super for Registered Psychologists (based on experience)
• Stable full-time work available (part-time from 3 days considered)
• Flexible service delivery with a mix of in-clinic & telehealth (client-led)
• Never have any more than 6 billable hours/day including sessions, reporting and other non therapeutic work.
• Diverse caseload with mostly EAP, with Medicare and private referrals
• Extensive internal PD. Access to EMDR, Schema Therapy, Gottman Method and more

Your Duties will Include:

• Deliver high-quality psychological care to a diverse client base, including adults, children and couples
• Conduct therapy, assessments and reports, never exceeding more than 6-hour billable target/day
• Collaborate with a national team while maintaining autonomy in your work
• Work from a welcoming clinic in Darwin, Northern Territory.

Requirements/ Skills:

• Experience in a clinical or private practice setting
• Experience working with EAP and/or short-term counselling preferred
• AHPRA registration as a General or Provisional Psychologist
• Full Australian Work Rights
