• Work independently within a large, integrated multidisciplinary team
• Choose your days (2–3/week) and customise your caseload and therapy style
• Set your own fees (typically $250/consult); 65/35 fee split
• Full admin support including bookings, billings, and reception services
• Dedicated, private psychology room with professional furnishings and calming ambience
• Access to a high-volume patient base and regular internal referrals from over 20 GPs
• Collaborate closely with in-house GPs, nurses, physios, and other allied health

Based on the boarder of Sydney's Inner West, you’ll enjoy access to a strong referral stream from 50 consult rooms, onsite imaging, physiotherapy, dental, and allied health, all contributing to a high-traffic, highly collaborative clinical setting. Psychologists enjoy full control of their therapeutic work while benefiting from a continuous stream of referrals and a non-clinical, welcoming room setup that supports comfort and engagement.

Your Duties will Include:

• Deliver high-quality psychological care to adult patients across generalist presentations
• Conduct therapy sessions and documentation with autonomy; 6 billable hours/day encouraged but not enforced
• Collaborate with GPs and health professionals while running your own practice space
• Work out of a modern medical centre in the Canterbury region.

Requirements/ Skills:

• Experience in private practice or similar clinical settings
• Experience working with adults; SIRA registration highly regarded
• AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
• Full Australian Work Rights
