Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join a thriving clinic based in Mill Park, Melbourne. This community based role offers a mixed caseload of clients, a flexible autonomous schedule and a generous salary ($115,000 - 130,000). This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Speech Pathologist to step in a leadership position and take control of their own schedule

Generous Salary of $110,000 - 130,000 + Super

Travel reimbursement off 99 cent per km (no cap)
Performance bonus based on maintaining and exceeding KPI’s
Dedicate one day of your week to completing administrative tasks and report writing
Full control of your work week, choose your schedule with both part-time and full-time hours available
Your role will include:
Lead a small multidisciplinary team of OTs, SPs etc.
Provide training and support when needed and assist in new graduate training/education programs.
Design and implement programs to a mixed caseload in homes, schools, and community environments
Deliver clinics 4 days a week while completing administrative tasks on the 5th.
Participate and lead team meetings, supervision and case discussions.
Work with a diverse caseload of clients from the community (80% Paediatric and 20% Adult).
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years postgraduate experience
Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and access to own vehicle
