  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
  • Caseload: Across the lifespan | Generalist (tailored to your interests)
  • 95% NDIS / 5% Private & Medicare
  • KPIs: gradually increase at your pace as you settle into the role
  • PD: $2,000 CPD allowance + 4 days PD leave
  • Travel: Fleet vehicles available OR use your own car with $0.98/km reimbursed
About the Role
  • You’ll support NDIS participants across all ages, delivering outcome-focused intervention for communication and swallowing needs. Your work will include:
  • Assessment and therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing
  • AAC and alternative communication supports (including technology and communication tools)
  • Goal-based therapy that improves participant independence, wellbeing, and community involvement
  • Working across settings depending on participant needs (e.g., community/home-based delivery)
  • You’ll also collaborate closely within a growing Allied Health team, with strong links between Speech Pathology and OT.
Support Available

Well structured support system includes:
  • Weekly supervision
  • Gradual increase of caseload as your confidence develops
  • Work shadowing and structured onboarding (more intensive in the first 2–4 weeks)
  • Induction into policies, processes, and workflows
  • Training on various systems, plus a structured NDIS introduction
  • Ongoing coaching from experienced clinicians
Training & Team Collaboration
  • Weekly discipline-specific meetings
  • Alternating fortnightly MDT meetings
  • In-house learning, shared resources, and clinical collaboration

What you’ll bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for membership with SPA
