Job Description

The role is based across school sites in Southwest and Western Sydney, with a single-school-per-day model designed to reduce travel, build stronger relationships and allow clinicians to provide consistent, meaningful therapy.

About the role:
Join a well-established paediatric allied health provider with a strong reputation across Greater Sydney, offering a school-based caseload, structured support and the chance to make a meaningful impact within education settings.

You will be working with a paediatric caseload, supporting children in schools, including ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, feeding difficulties, anxiety, behavioural needs, motor coordination concerns and communication difficulties.

Your week will involve providing therapy across school settings, with potential clinic-based work depending on preference and caseload needs. Current school allocation may include Campbelltown, Bankstown and Liverpool.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering 1:1 and group therapy sessions
  • Conducting assessments and developing therapy plans
  • Tracking client progress and reviewing goals
  • Providing school-based therapy and support
  • Educating parents, teachers and school staff
  • Participating in case conferencing and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Contributing to program development and therapy resources
Support available:
New graduates and early-career clinicians will benefit from a structured induction, gradual caseload increase and strong supervision.

Experienced clinicians will have access to ongoing professional development, internal training, personalised growth plans and leadership opportunities.

You will be joining a large multidisciplinary team of 70+ therapists with established relationships with over 90 schools across NSW, strong case conferencing processes and excellent school partnerships already in place.

About you:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership or eligibility
  • Passion for working with paediatric clients and complex disabilities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, schools and multidisciplinary teams
  • Driver’s licence and access to a car
  • Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
