Job Description
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will work across clinic, community and home-based settings, supporting a predominantly paediatric caseload with opportunities to work with adults depending on your interests and experience.
This role is ideal for a Speech Pathologist seeking variety, autonomy and the opportunity to influence clinical outcomes while remaining hands-on with clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Assessing and treating clients across communication, language, speech and swallowing presentations
• Delivering evidence-based therapy across clinic and community environments
• Developing tailored intervention plans to achieve meaningful client outcomes
• Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants
• Providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced clinicians where appropriate
• Maintaining clinical documentation and reporting
• Building strong relationships with families, support networks and referral partners

• Experienced multidisciplinary leadership team
• Access to a large team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants
• Clinical collaboration across multiple NSW locations
• Individualised support based on experience level and clinical interests
