Job Description

A highly regarded, inclusive paediatric clinic on the beautiful Central Coast in Terrigal is looking for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join their multidisciplinary team.

Whether you’re a new graduate, early-career clinician, or an experienced therapist, this is a chance to step into a flexible, clinically focused role with excellent admin support and an established caseload of school-aged children and teens.

The Offer
  • $85,000 – $120,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
  • Full-time or part-time, permanent or fixed-term – you choose

The Role
  • Approx. 5 clients per day – 45–60 minute sessions with dedicated admin time
  • Mix of NDIS and Private clients
  • Opportunities to work in local schools if this is of interest to you 
  • Majority in-clinic, with around 15% community-based appointments
  • Diverse paediatric caseload of children and young people aged 5–17 years
  • Your own consultation room and access to extensive assessments and resources
Support, Supervision & Culture
  • Strong admin team manages diaries and bookings, so you can focus on therapy

  • Weekly discipline-specific meetings
  • Clinical supervision available (internal or external)

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
