Why You’ll Love This Role: - Tailored Caseload: Tailored to your area of interest - services provided include speech, language, social communication, AAC, and mealtime/swallowing. For paediatric clients, you will support speech sound disorders, language delays, stuttering, voice, literacy, and childhood apraxia of speech.
- Flexible Work Settings: Hybrid clinic and community model (with telehealth) based near Dakabin. Travel kept within 30 minutes of your home location to reduce travel.
- Manageable Client Load: They’re committed to reducing therapist burnout by setting realistic targets; 4-5 clients per day (5 billable hours including face-to-face, travel, and reporting)- supported by a thoughtfully structured service model.
- New Graduate Friendly: Offering a structured New Graduate Learning program, weekly supervision, mentoring and gradual increase of caseload - kickstart your career here!
- Close Supervision and Mentorship: You will benefit from close supervision and mentoring by Senior therapists, as well as access to a lead SP for specialist guidance with your caseload.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
